Yes. Send us your logo or design in any common format (PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI). For embroidery, higher-resolution files produce the best results. We'll confirm compatibility before production begins.

Yes, for bulk orders we can produce a sample piece for approval before full production. Sample costs are credited toward the final order amount.

Turnaround depends on quantity and complexity. Personal orders typically take 3–7 working days. Bulk institutional orders (100+ units) typically take 2–4 weeks. We'll confirm your specific deadline when quoting.

We do our best to accommodate rush orders depending on current capacity. Contact us as early as possible and we'll let you know if we can meet your deadline.

We use premium acrylic, wool-blend, and cotton yarns depending on the intended use. Institutional uniforms typically use durable acrylic blends for longevity. We'll recommend the best material for your specific needs.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Airtel), bank transfer, and cash. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due on collection or before delivery.

Yes. We can arrange delivery anywhere in Uganda. Delivery costs depend on location and quantity. You can also collect from our Gayaza or Kampala offices at no charge.

If we make an error against the agreed specifications, we'll correct or replace the affected items at no cost. We ask that you inspect items within 7 days of collection or delivery and notify us of any issues promptly.
