Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Jannic Spinners. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About us
Jannic Spinners is a sweater and uniform manufacturing business based in Gayaza and Kampala, Uganda. We can be reached at jackiemagulu@gmail.com or +256 783 169770.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. An order is confirmed only after we have:
- Agreed on specifications (design, quantity, colours, materials)
- Issued and had you approve a written quote
- Received the required deposit payment
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice until a quote has been accepted.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production
- The remaining balance is due before or at the point of collection or delivery
- Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and cash
4. Production & turnaround
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the point of quoting and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before production begins. Once materials have been procured or production has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before that point, your deposit will be returned in full.
6. Quality & corrections
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If any item is produced incorrectly against the agreed specifications, we will correct or replace it at no cost to you. You must:
- Inspect goods within 7 days of receipt or collection
- Notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp) of any defects or discrepancies within that period
Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted. Defects arising from normal wear, misuse, or incorrect sizing provided by the customer are not covered.
7. Delivery
Delivery within Uganda is available at additional cost. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the delivery agent or upon collection. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
8. Intellectual property
By providing logos, designs, or other artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You agree to indemnify Jannic Spinners against any claims arising from the use of materials you have supplied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
